SkyUp launches flights from Kyiv to Italian Turin
Flights will be seasonal as part of the winter navigation 2019/2020, which will last until the end of March 2020.
Flights will be operated twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays with departure from Kyiv at 06:40, return from Turin at 09:30. Travel time will be about 3 hours.
The basic price of an air ticket, taking into account the transportation of only hand luggage, starts from 1400 UAH one way. The airline allows to transport a set of sports equipment when paying the equivalent of 25 euros per flight. Its dimensions for the sum of three measurements should not exceed 300 cm, and weight 23 kg. Flights to Kyiv-Turin can be found right now using the Skyscanner search engine.
“We are developing our flight programme, taking into account the market demand and the specifics of the season. Today we open the sale of tickets for Kyiv - Turin flights in response to the wishes of Ukrainians to rest in ski resorts, ”commented SkyUp CEO Yevgeny Khainatsky on the launch of the new route.
Currently, the airline's route network from Kyiv includes four Italian cities: Catania, Naples, Rimini and Turin. Since 2016, between Ukraine and Italy there is an open sky regime. This means that quotas, restricting the launch of new flights or increasing the frequency of flights on existing routes between the cities of Ukraine and Italy, have been removed for airlines in both countries.
