In the Odessa region it is planned to implement an investment project "Air Express", which provides for the development of passenger transport by helicopters between some regional centers and resorts Zatoka, Bukovel and Truskavets.

The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Odessa State Administration and the International Transport Service Group TVS.
"Additional type of passenger transportation, modern aviation transport, equipped helicopter sites with synthetic or ground cover on the Black Sea coast - all this will give one more impetus to the development of tourism in the Odessa region. This is investment in the region and new jobs, therefore, we supported the prospect of realization such a project ", - said Svetlana Shatalova, deputy chairman of the Odessa regional state administration.
The memorandum stipulates that the International Transport Service Group will join the project with the American Trans World Service Corporation and Exim Corporation.
At the first stage, they plan to build and equip 9 helicopter ports in Ukraine. The road to Carolino Bugaz from Kyiv will take 2 hours, from Vinnitsa - 1:00 25 minutes, from Cherkassy - an hour and a half.
According to the plan of investors, the transport of passengers will be heavy helicopters Boeing Vertol 107-II and Boeing 234 Chinook for 26 and 44 passenger seats.
